Time line went like this. Stock up to 50K miles,

heads/cam/exhuast 430 RWHP from 50K to 77K motor blew up.

Went FI with STS kit 77K to 98K with the stock rear staying together.
(Wish I would have listened to David MIGHTYMOUSE when he told me it was a bad idea LOL, This was when MM2 got into the wall. Nothing but problems with that kit, required weekly maintenance to keep it going. Oil problems, turbo dragging, catback twisting and breaking, boost leaks, just no good. David was right)

98K swapped to S60/ S480 front mount setup. Stock rear was a trooper for me.
Maybe I'll have luck like you lol.

Seen them go both ways, some take a beating some break the first time you dump the clutch on sticky tires. I always thought mine was going to go but it took the abuse like a champ.

4500 RPM with the T56, 3500 RPM on the footbrake, and 5000 RPM on the trans brake.

Thanks for the info. When I get some wheels and tires and a 2step I'll try my luck.

Will be at Ticks customer appreciation day dynoing at 16-17 psi.

Here is mine on ground and Collins on lift behind. Nice picture I thought.

A little birdy told me this car made 755/655 today shutting it down at 6000rpm on Tick Performance's dyno.

I was also told that pull was good for the King of the Dyno Shootout win and $500+ cash!!!

Congratulations Stephen!

Now we just need to get you a 9", a built trans and some low 6 second passes on slicks.

Birdy was right Martin lol lol.

Little less than 18 psi I believe. Dyno doesn't load like the street. Was set for 18 psi on street pull. Probably only made 16 or so on Dyno. Jonathan said he wasnt sure he was just watching my wideband. Lol. I'm happy either way. Very happy.

The level of anguish in your voice when the 555/550 popped up due to the tach lead losing signal@4800rpm is so depressing. Then the sheer joy in your voice when I clicked drum speed and I shouted out "755 baby" is pure awesome. LOL!

Most people break the stock rear after changing to lower gears like 4.10's etc.. My factory rear with 3.42 m6 gears went 10.17@134mph before I decided it needed to be upgraded because it was whining and I wasn't spending anymore money on it. I also raced it for a couple years like that running mid 11's on motor and mid to low. 10's on n20 but this was with an auto that is more forgiving. Good luck
