well i finished everything today including exhaust hangers on the exhaust, running it longer to the back of the truck in duals didnt take long and really sounds great in my opinion.

pretty quiet in the car for how loud the truck is, very happy with it for now, i was missing a 3 inch coupler to finish the truck but my friend had one, we topped off all the fluids, fan is working great, temp stays solid, transmission is working, trans is full, trans shifts all gears, conveter locks, no fluids leak at all, we drove it for a while today but i was struggling with the ecu and tuning today for whatever reason, maybe just a busy day coming to an end.

talked to another LS1 tech guy on the phone and he helped me out with most of my settings and im gunna get a fresh set of plugs and take her back out tomorrow.

hits about 6.5psi as it is right now off the gates and feels pretty good! with only 12deg in it...

circle D converter comes up to like 2700 pretty easily and then holds great, boost feels like a supercharger.

hope to make some updates for you but i dont want to have it running like **** if i can help it.

ok, thats what i have for now haha.

Where did you pick up the circle D converter? I tried to look at them, but their website looks like it doesn't exist anymore? Also, what stall speed did you choose?

BCM does not like the 3bar OS thus the security light and battery light. Run bolts through the shroud just like you did into the radiator support. That will keep it from moving around and wearing a hole in the cooling tubes. Be sure to use nylon lock nuts on the bolts.

Wash the old plugs in Coleman camping fuel and they will be fine after you get the tune adjusted. Your tune is whacked thus they are so blackened. ;-)

Nice! Your gas gauge probly is off from droping the fuel pump module in and out and the little tangs on the level sender got tweaked.but just could be timing.they are very common for the senders to go bad

your fuel sending unit's level is worn out. it's common in these trucks. i had to retrofit a level unit on my 04.5 2500HD about 100 bucks. real easy to replace. that will take care of your fuel level problem. mine would go all the way down to 1/4 tank and sometimes work, then when you hit a bump it would go to E and the low fuel level message would come on.
