well we got the trans and the converter in no problem, the trans mount is a little beat, none of the parts stores had em, so we will try some others tomorrow or order that off the internet, also the driveshaft is 2 piece, and has a center support and bearing, that bearing rubber isloator thing is shot, i got a replacement but turns out now that we cut mine out, it does not fit, haha, so i need one that fits, after this i just decided to get the cold side piping done, thats all clamped in place, a little tight to the belt, but not hitting, might have to hammer it or get a 45degree for the throttle instead of a 90, on top of that i finished the wiring for the fuel pumps and meth and oil pumps, i just have to connect them to a fuse panel tomorrow, i ran out of spares haha.

also drilled the stock washer fluid tank for the methanol kit, thing holds nearly 2 gallons... ran the lines, drilled and tapped the intake pipe now that that is in place, and primed the system. T'd the hobbs switch for that meth pump into the intake where the map sensor is plugged in and set it for 6psi of boost.

i also got a blackbear harness for LS1 fans since i found a deal on a set of LS1 fans, connected all that cept for the AC connection, have to get the car running and test for the AC clutch power wire to make sure i tap the right one.

other than that list, there is still a bunch more to do.

welder is out of welding gas...
haha

i use that prestone (**** water) we call it haha

bright yellow stuff, on back to back dyno results and track testing the yellow went faster mph and more power than the strait blue.

i used to run strait blue... i converted to strait meth in the fairmont and didnt see any results so went back to the easier to get prestone

For my electric fan I actually used the A/C signal wire so the fan wouldn't be cycling all the time with the a/c clutch. It just stays on constantly when you have the a/c on or the defrost. May not be a big deal but, I figured it might extend fan motor life.

yeah they have you tap that wire so when you turn on AC it does the low speed passenger side fan.

gotta tap that in when i am sure i get the right one. the rest is wired right.

waiting on that till i can start the truck and turn the AC on, not sure if it will enable the AC output if i just key on and hit the ac button?

well, busted *** today, hung the turbos, got all the intercooler piping cept for a crazy section in the front, from above the sway bar, to the intercooler in the front, going to an auto store tomorrow to grab 90 and 45 couplers and see what will work best for that, quit on that and finished all the wiring for everything, installed fuse panel, then we figured out what we wanted to do for the exhaust and figured **** it, make both duals go back to where the stock exhaust was, more length should calm it down, blowing it out the passenger side in front of the tire like a lightning, so fabbed up all that today, and welded in a bung for the wideband. plugged in the stock narrow bands up front, all the couplers are connected nice for the turbo outlets, replaced the center driveshaft piece today with the right one finally...

also mounted the oil return pump to the frame. finished all the wiring and hoses for that...

everything is looking good, very very few things left to do.

should be ready to fire up and let the motor, coolant and trans come up to temp, check for leaks, and make sure everything is full.

then if all is well maybe it will move under its own power?!
