Default 99 Camaro SS BW S480/87 347 C.I

Ok guys I am going to go ahead and make a build thread. I didn't want to but I figured what the hell. Ya'll have helped me out so much I might as well too.

Anyways I have owned the car for 10 years and it has gone from stock bolt on to a cam/heads car and after loosing a bottom end bearing I am now in building a turbo car.
rundown:
ENGINE
*LS6 block
*forged internals eagle rods w/ARP 2k bolts, Diamond -8.6cc dished pistons and stock polished crank
*Patriot 5.3ltr 2.5 stage heads(might change this later)
* ls6 intake
*stock p+p TB by me
*LMK head studs
*LS9 head gaskets(of course!)
TURBO KIT
*Borg Warner T4 S480/87 mm turbo(bought it from a guy for 500 buck with one pass on it!!!) Wheels measure, Compressor: 80.29mm x 114mm. Turbine: 80.29 x 87mm
*All piping done by me and setup etc..
*twin gss340 intank fuel pumps
*80lb injectors
DRIVELINE
* T56( going th400 soon, very soon)
*Moser 9inch 33spline light spool and Moser axles
* ALOT of suspension..UMI all the way
*prostar wheels and nitto DR

If I think of anything else i will post. Now I fully understand I won't get much reaction on this build because there are tons just like it BUT I would like any input yall have to offer or see anything that might help to make it better.
BTW this car has been under construction for a while so the car itself is VERY dirty I understand that. I will be dropping the engine trans etc to sand and re-do the inside of the bay.

Thanks for looking! I will post more pics next...

Guys how do I upload pics directly to the page? Instead of attachments. Most of my pics in my file on the desktop are too large for the attachment manager

You can upload them to somewhere like photobucket, or resize them. You can link directly to photobucket to show up in your post.

Thank you bro! Yeah I did alot of searching. Finally found this one for sale on a duramax diesel forum and I still cant figure why he sold it so cheap. A 87mm BW turbo with a t4 new you will be paying somewhere close to 1400 dollars. Anyways I have already mic'd it and inspected/cleaned it and it looks brand new!

Yeah sure man...I had a tc78 on it before but got the s400 last week. I will just throw it up there for some pics tomorrow. I can tell you by just eyeballing it the compressor housing comes within a 1/2inch from my water pump pulley. The tc78 was like 2inches so that will tell you i didnt plan on the s400 during mockup lol

Very cool man! I was going to do the T6 but didn't want to change my setup. Plus the t6 version weighs a ton more! But good luck on your build. We will see it soon im guessing

Cool build!!! Looking forward to seeing your progress. I keep toying with the idea of making a build thread also, but then end up deciding against it.

Yeah honestly I think the reason why i havent done it up till now is because I know it has been a long road and i didn't want it to be one of those threads that never get done and pushed back to the 13th page etc lol. I wanted to wait toward the end of the build

I also have to re-do the wastgate downpipe...it hangs wayyy too low for my taste. I will cut it up about 2inches. I have a cheap welder I did all this with so pardon the welds but they did penetrate and blend well, just alot of slag and trash. I will clean them up some and it will be wrapped so no biggie!!
