Play with the tension and it'll go away. Mine has always been a little finicky in regards to that.

I've heard a little looser is what I need to do. A buddy of mine gave up and is having ECS modify his to a cog setup.

Yep, they dont like to be too tight. I also tensioned mine while it was running.

No issues here. Don't turn the ac on much either though

With the dp setup and iron block, did you go back and drill out the missing hole? Also, how big are your injectors?
