The first of 5 custom T6 turbo kits is nearing completion so i figured I would make a thread! These builds are all 1-off, built to suit the customer's needs, built on our complete Huron Speed Trans Am.
-We are on the home stretch of this kit, just to finish up the exhaust, bungs, turbo support, and direct I/C brackets.

The kit in basic form features the following, but can be modified to suit whatever the customer wants!

* 2", 2.25", or 2.5" Stainless Crossover with T4 or T6 flange, 45mm or 60mm WG flange, integrated Turbo support brace (to engine), and bungs for primary O2 sensors.
* 5" - 4" Stainless downpipe (T4 would be all 4") routed through a Turbo style K-member or out the front bumper with an O2 bung and plug for wideband / tuning and waste gate re-routing integration. We can also do anything custom for down pipe or turbo location, all up to the customer!
*Larger 27"x12"x4" Core intercooler with 4" inlet and outlet as well as direct brackets
*Full ALUMINUM 4" Cold side piping from Turbo to Intercooler and Intercooler to Throttle Body with 50mm BOV flange, and 3/8-18 NPT bung for threaded IAT sensor
*All necessary couplers and clamps!

This shown is Truck-Manifold based and requires No AC, no front sway, a turbo style K if wanting downpipe out the back, stood up radiator and pusher fans, and the desire to go very fast!

We can do it with custom headers to retain A/C, use a Mid-frame T4 turbo in the same set-up, put the turbo is the location of your choice, Twin set-ups, etc..... you name what you want!

We can include the truck manifolds with V-bands on the hot side and retain oem alternator location on this as well!

We can include all of your components as well to make any custom fabricated turbo kit Complete for you!

We also have the ability to ceramic coat as well as powder coat! We can ceramic coat the hot side in the chrome-like or black ceramic, and we can powdercoat the cold side in any color if the customer desires! We can also polish

-Turbosmart Power-Gate 60 Wastegate
-Turbosmart Race-Port 50mm BOV
-Downpipe out the back

-5" downpipe split to 2 4" downpipes exiting each side of the front bumper
-No intercooler, hotside modified a bit for compressor of turbo to have straight shot into TB.

-Comp CT5x 88/94 T6 Turbo going on a 347
-Turbosmart Power-Gate 60 Wastegate
-XSPower 50mm BOV
-Downpipe out the back

Jon could you pm a price of the hotside setup with either 4in or 5 in downpipe , I bought a crossover from your t4 setup awhile back and was going to modify it to work with a borg s475 and 60mm jgs gate but I am liking this alot better
