LS engine with th400 oil pan install
LS engine with th400 oil pan install I figured since all the heavy hitters are in this thread and use setups like this. I need to know how everyone is installing this setup.
ON a ls engine with a ls trans you need to align the trans and engine first then install the trans for proper fitment. But when you use a th400 does it matter at all when you install the oil pan and how it sits?
What is needed for this to work and NOT leak or mess anything up?

line up the pan with both the front and rear cover PERFECTLY and lock it down.
THe 400 trans has nothing to do with the alignment for this setup.
It will only use 6 bellhousing bolts as well. Since the rest of the bolts are useless and wont work
