Built motor, forged pistons and rods. I was wondering if the 76mm would be too small though

any idea how much? IF i ever go FI i want to be around 900-1000rwhp

Could I add a bigger turbo later on down the road with the same hotside kit? (i know i would need to change radiators and cut the core support)
But i was thinking like a S480 or s475. How much Clearance do you have on the downpipe down by where the AC used to be? Would a 4" Down pipe fit?

Awesome pics of the cutout, car looks pretty clean under there as well. U think a 3" electric cutout could fit up closer to the turbo or did u put it as far up as possible as is?

Im sure you could put it other places thays just where i wanted it. And it definately made a huge difference. Spools really quick and revs really fast.

I turbo k member would help make room. Not a lot of room with the stock one.

Did you just use the stock wiring for them so the computer still controls them? I think i am going to use the stock fan on the passenger side and might use a pusher on the drivers side.

I used the stock wiring on my car but have heard some people say that you need a relay for the fans so forother peoples cars i have ran relays triggered off the factory wire. But i used mine as a test mule and have had no issues at all so i would say its fine. But do at your own risk.

The fans come with relays so its not like its an added expense to use them i just like to go as simpme as possible with my car. The less nonsense in there, the better.

The stock fans run on relays already. I didn't know if you were letting the computer control them or using the switch and relay that came with them. I have never needed anything different than the stock fans before and cooling fans are not a sexy or performance part so i have never paid attention to what works for people lol. Thanks for this thread BTW i referenced it a couple times while installing mine.

No problem. Glad i could help. I know thw stock fans already run on relays but some people were claining the fabs put out too many amps for the stock relays and were burning up wires. Not sure if something changed or if they did something different with the wiring than me. But i have had no problems.

just got my 4l80 conversion crossmember from MidWest Chassis in the mail, along with a lingenfelter lnc-2000. Explain why the lingenfelter little 2 step box, is HEAVIER than the transmission crossmember! lol That thing is light as a feather and looks to be great quality and looks like it will fit great when I held it up. I am truly impressed with it. They had a special on them for 150 shipped. Cant beat that! I was going to make my own but figured it wasnt worth it for 150. I figured it would be mild steel, but by the weight of it I would have to assume it is chromoly. Not to mention when I was on the phone with them we were talking for awhile and he seemed like a really nice guy.got my business for now on (for what I can afford lol).

^ What #'s are you looking to put down? I'm interested in seeing how this kit performs at the 800-1000hp level.. My goal is 800+ and mid 9's.

Im working on getting an option for a larger wheel. Its for sure something down the road we will have

As for the custom coupler I was mentioning, here it is:

How much is the coupler?
