ON3Performance No A/C Ls1 Camaro REVIEW PICS VIDEO GREAT KIT!
#64
Vacuum block install
A little bit of a tight fit with the fuse boxes but still good
Turbosmart boost controller mounted by Radiator
Mounted scavenge pump under passenger side headlight where the horns were mounted. Relocated the horns behind the fog light on an exhisting hole.
Sexy ss grill mod for the intercooler which fit perfectly
Tight fit with the bmr radiator support but still good. This also shows where we cut the pipe and used a 90 degree coupler which fit a lot better.
MightyMouse (member) made catch can install. Great quality piece with built in check valves for the boost.
Water temp and oil press gauges with 6LE Designs gauge pod in the dash vents
Pillar pod with wideband, boost, and fuel press
This pic shows another angle of the mightymouse catch can and the routing of the 10an line from the scavenge pump.
No headlight shot lol and very dirty but gives you a jist of it. Will post of clean pics soon. Car is a super clean 02 ss with only 35k on it.
Aeromotive boost referencing adjustable fuel press regulator with a temp hard line (until we redo the fuel system in all braided lines). Had to rush on the completion of the car to make it to the huge ocean city maryland cruise week. Will have some cleaning up to do after that...
We will post more pics soon... Honestly, It was a really good kit especially for the money. I have been doing a lot of talking with Adam and Chad and they are great guys to deal with. I wouldnt hesitate for a second getting another kit.
If anyone has any questions or needs help with anything, please feel free to post it up or pm me. Time is getting a little more plentiful now so I should be able to respond a lot faster now lol.
Also, If anyone has one and feels like coming to south jersey I can help you out with it. Shop with a lift and tools ready lol...

we had to get the catch can, the 10 an lines and fittings for the scavenge pump, the scavenge pump, and the 90 degree coupler for the throttle body. also had to buy the electric fans, and everything for the fuel system and radiator support. I think that was it. wasnt too much but obviously it does add up a little... I would suggest a mocal pump or a turbowerx because they are much quieter but the on3 pump is still nice for a budget...
more details can also be found on the shops facebook page... Search for " The Lsx Nest" and like the page and you can see a few more things on the build.

Nice. Yeah we will be there. See ya then. Look for a rear mount fresh black paint z28, white 02 super clean ss and a 02 super clean ss (the on e turbo in this page) and a silver trans am nitrous car. We will all be there. Probably with a few others. Possibly a red z28 with zr1s and a gto.
Also if anyone is curipus about the power this kit makes, he just twisted the aluminum driveshaft on to a pretzel on the street so i would say shes pretty bad lol. Time for chromemoly shaft lol.

ok so car is done so I will be adding some pics and videos as soon as I can. T he biggest thing we had to do was modify the charge pipe that goes to the throttle body. We cut the elbow off and used a 90 degree coupler for a smoother transition or it would rub on the rad support. Pretty sure On 3 started doing this as well.
Car made 490+ hp and 550+ tq on a mustang dyno so the numbers are lower than a dynojet but we will throw it on one of them soon too so we can see the difference. But all in a ll a great kit that I would have no problem suggesting.... More pics and stuff to come just sooo busy right now...

My numbers @9 psi were:

Sorry guys. The owner who was a good friend of mine turned out to be a ..... well not so good friend and i will not be ablebto get anymore updates on the car. Im not the type to put the business on the street but lets just say he did me really dirty with the whole car thing so we can leave it at that. I do however, have a dyno video i think of it. But its not the final one.
To answer the driveshaft question.... He was on a tight budget by the end of the biuld thats why he didnt upgrade the driveshaft right away but it currently has an upgraded shaft in it last i heard.
To answer the rear question. It is a 9" so it shouldnt be the.next week link lol. My guess would be the stock t56 thats infront of it lol.
Im sure i will be doing another one of these kits for someone soon so when i do i will do a better write up to replace this one. I am currently about to install an on3 kit in a fox mustang so we will see how that goes. The kit came in a couple days ago and looks to be of great quality just as the ls1 kit did.
