With spring in full swing here in MI, I figure some of you guys around the country (and especially locally) would be extra motivated to make some boost and get out there and cruise. with the air conditioning on of course!

So here is what i decided to do. we are offering a few different special prices on these A/C turbo kits. we want to get some more of these out there and have people get them on the cars. we love to see the build thread and videos pop up on youtube!

***Kit has many of the same features as the already successful Truck Manifold kit, however obviously retaining A/C with the use of a C6 manifold and a truck manifold combination fitting through a Turbo K-member. Kit will require the use of a Turbo K-member (was built around a PA Racing Super Turbo K-member) This can be purchased with your kit for a great price, or separately.

-2-piece hotside in 2.5” piping w/ T4 flange and 44mm Wastegate Flange

-2.5” V-band clamp for easy connection of 2 hotside pipes.

-3” 1-piece Downpipe

-3" Cold side piping from turbo to FMIC to Throttle Body

-MAF Delete pipe

-50mm Blow-Off Valve Flange on Cold side piping

-4" core front mount Intercooler

-All exact, specific couplers

-Extra exact couplers to run or not run the MAF Delete

-All exact, specific T-Bolt clamps

-F-body front mount intercoolers brackets

-F-body alternator & tensioner relocation brackets

-Hardware to mount Turbo, intercooler brackets, intercooler, alternator & tensioner relocation to vehicle




All piping made from 321 stainless steel, fully polished.

Advantage of using factory GM manifolds, no fear of aftermarket headers or manifolds cracking due to the turbo weight!

Requires Turbo, Wastegate, BOV, Oil Lines, Pusher Fans, Misc Hardware, passenger side Truck Manifold to use on drivers side, and a passenger side C6 Manifold to run on the passenger side to complete

Will a pt88 fit with this kit?

 

i have talked with you some, this kit is just what i was looking for. id like a price for the hotside pipe. the k member. and the whole kit if possible.

 

we'd be more than happy to build a gto kit. but we need a gto to do it on!

we havent tried it with the ac kit. physical size should not be a problem, however you would have to fabricate your own downpipe, and maybe make a few other changes as this kit was not designed around something with those specs. but will it bolt on? yes.

i can certainly do that for you. expect a pm soon!

So whats the biggest turbo u can fit on this kit?

 

Is that the shop car with that kit? What pusher fans do you guys run? Has this kit been tested to not over heat with ac on idling?

 

Oh and that's the cleanest engine bay ever

 

turbonetics 7875, precision 7675, comp 7879 are the biggest ones that will be direct bolt on

that is a customer car with the kit, its just starting to be nice weather here in MI. we are confident there will be no cooling problems
