What would cause failure
Fix the way the fuel is fed to the rails, and you will be a happy customer. That said, try it with a little less timing, or put one step colder plug in it.
I fought the shop will help out much but we will see, I just hope things go smoother this time around.
Also think we found the issue, they only fed 1 rail not both and that's why only one side hade damage so will be addressing the fuel issue and hopefully fix everything and maybe go even faster once all is done.

And yes it should be trapping in the 149-155mph range so I think it was starving for fuel and thus making less hp. Ill post when I get more.
As for the shop I really haven't said much as they have not said any plans because not sure what happened until engine was gone thru but hopefully they can help me get things corrected and finally get to have real fun with the car.
It'll run like that up until you get to about 75-80% of your pump capacity. Then your end rail will have more pressure while the middle rail starts bleeding off before the regulator can pinch it off.
They should've gone pump to y to ends of both rails, then each rail end to the two regulator inputs. Or worst case pump to T at one regulator input and then to rails with the other regulator input capped. Wouldn't risk it on a boosted car though.
As for why it might have been down on power, quite possibly unless they were taking measurements on both banks of cylinders and not just one or combined. If one side was running lean and the other fat, could definitely be down on power.
