dont post unless you have a 60mm jgs wastegate
my 365ci gt5018 with my jgs 50mm wg is getting creep. so next option is to go with the jgs 60mm wg.
what size engine and turbos and whats your max rpm and how low of boost can you run. hows the gate control the boost on the spring alone? any creap issues?
any one have a jgs 60mm for sale or any one else want to buy a jgs 50mm

its not exactly centered between the two. but even if it was would it be enough? maybe i could kinda make it in to a funnel shape to get some flow from the other side in to it

I have a 60mm JGS wastegate on my turbo truck. 5.3 stock shortblock and 706 heads, mild 212/212/112 cam with Pro-Flo intake/90mm tb and a log mount PT88 in a 4580lb truck. The truck made 712rwhp on 18.5lbs of boost on 93 pump and snow 50/50 through a 4l80e and 14bolt. I can go off the weakest gate spring and have 5psi all day long. The heaviest JGS spring results in 12lbs of boost, the middle spring is 9lbs for my setup. I use the heaviest spring and with an E-Boost street, I can control 20lbs of boost with no creep and fall-off at all at any rpm.

Location may be what is hurting you. I also have a 50mm gate for my car. Heck all of my buddies run the same 50mm JGS gate also and we can control it down pretty low and have not seen any creep.
I am switching combos this year and a bigger turbo so if my 50mm is not enough I will just add another. That would be cheaper than buying a 60mm unless getting the new 60mm depends on the sale of your old one.
Didn't LilJohn do your cam? He is a dealer for JGS so he will take care of you!

I need a gauge for that

Location is everything....when I had my gate in the crossover under the engine I could run down to 6psi with an 88mm turbo. When I redid my pipes and moved the gate to right before the merge (at a 90 degree angle), the least I can run is around 17psi with an 82mm turbo.

BTW, I've built kits with hundred of JGS 40's, dozens of JGS 50's and 2 JGS 60's in this location and only ever had a couple of issues with boost creep. Mostly with large turbine turbos on smaller motors. I think those where just a case of not enough back pressure for the gate to function properly.
