top right corner. My buddy runs the grape stuff in his turbo Geo (yes, I said it) with open down pipe and it is very tolerable. Mine dumps out behind the passenger front tire and no issues here

Cuz my tuner has, well had a boosted 408 with a 4" exhaust pipe coming out the passengers fender and its pretty loud. I guess the setup also take into big effect.

My 4" dp exits under the car right at the trans crossmember. No fumes, but drones/resonates pretty bad. You don't notice it until you go down the highway for an hour at the same speed. Like willzm said, on my next setup I'm going to run a 5" dump out my fender with a cutout, and a 2.5in all the way out the back with a muffler for sneaking around early in the morning or late at night.

one of the perks to running a front exit setup is less fumes in the car then one with the exh dumped under the drivers area..oh and it makes pulling a trans way easier..

PA inspection law states "paragraph 6- Item 8- Reject if: The exhaust does not discharge to the outside edge of the vehicle body, including truck bed, or as originally designed."

So to me it passes. But you must have a muffler as well. That's why I dumped my ranchero's out behind the tire. I used some collector insert mufflers. It's loud, but they didn't say good mufflers, lol.

I had a 3.5" downpipe into (2) bullets and out in front of the pass rear tire. STILL too loud for me but I am approaching old-fart status. Broke down and installed a full exh system and loving life.

running it out the front of your car is no different than being right next to the rear of a car with tail pipes.
My s10 is out the front pass side and its not a big deal.

It's all about what your after.. Personally I can't stand dumps or fender exit. To me it's way to loud and basically says RACECAR. However that's exactly what some people want.

I have 4 inch out passenger front bumper ,fumes are not bad but it's pretty loud. I have a 3500 stall so it's hard to creep pulling out at stoplights.
