Who has an incomplete Incon kit?

Default Who has an incomplete Incon kit?

Just wondering if anyone out there has an complete Incon kit less turbos. I am thinking about going with a custom combination for my Incon setup, so I am going to have two complete gtbb37s with 0 miles on them. So, one of two things could happen:

1) You could purchase the two complete turbos for $1800.

2) I could purchase your incomplete kit. The stuff that you have received would have to include the manifolds, silicon piping, ***-pipe, intercoolers, bracketing, and hardware. Basically a kit that was only missing the turbos.

Let me know what is out there!

I would be interested in your turbos if they are complete! Unbolt mine and bolt yours on ...that complete?

Yep, they would be that complete...although you would have to use your existing actuator bracketing. I need to verify a few more things with Innovative, but I am 95% sure that this is going to happen.

Thought that the manifolds (or something) required additional machining for 37's. The larger turbos were not just bolt-on. Harlan would remember...

I pretty sure the only machining is the 37 housings to the Garrett BB CHAR's.
I don’t think you could change much on the cast manif. flange as far as bolt config. or something. I had a set from both kits and didn’t notice a difference.
Also I have extra parts but not the extra manif's anymore. If you can only find them let me know, I have the 90% of everything else.

I think it will be driveable by next week. Then i have to get all the bugs sorted out to get it inspected. I may pull it out of the garage today into the driveway. Gotta find some hood hinges.
I think Scott is selling the CHRAs AND the housings so it would be unbolt and replace.

The 35 and 37 are directly interchangable as complete units. For cartridge changes you would need to remachine both the comp. cover and turbine housing for proper clearances of the wheels.

Yep, I am selling the CHRAs, compressor covers, and exhaust housings so that someone can bolt them up with no additional work. There is no difference when it comes to where they bolt to the manifolds.

In addition, the exhaust housings have been Jet-Hot coated with Jet-Hot 2000. Looks like it is still holding up pretty well.
