Lmao! Talk about a unique setup right there!

Surely it must make you remember about Vengeance's setup from a while back.

We are within 10 days of completion of this build. The owner has a very detailed thread on Corvette Forum with tons of pics we have provided him.

We will post our own thread/pics/details in the coming weeks once we are 100% complete and have 93/E85 #s

Lo no doubt. Until I experience a "Defective Result" of the oversea turbo's, I'll keep spinning them. I am 8 and 0 so far, can't say that for the "better built" ones.

I've got a used precision that I rag the **** out of. Doesn't burn oil, and hasn't touched down. I tend to value personal experience more than internet myths where half the story is told. Like solid mounting everything so when the engine flexes at WOT, the turbine/compressor touches down. That'll make a huge mess every ******* time, regardless of the turbo company.

On the precision note, Ive had nothing but good luck with them! And after taking a shop tour of how they do things really makes me comfortable with there quality! Top notch!!!

hmmm interesting idea. I would atleast build a box over that thing for "scatter shielding" and noise reduction. but hey, turn on the a/c and instant intercooler haha

I'm sure that was either a user error or a one off type failure. Precision is top notch in my opnion. Most people that complain about turbo failures do not mention all the "details" on why it failed. Not much to a turbo but if you throw any foreign objects in it while it's spinning mach 5, it's gonna do damage. Or if the shaft play is significant enough to "touch" the housing, instant garbage.

I would most certainly run a PT unit, Garret or TN's if $$ was no object. But I would have to say these cheapo chinese turbo's are great units so far in my opinon.

Just needs to mount the BOV in the can now to! Lol there was someone on here with a show truck that mounted the turbos in the bed. It was just to put them on show and he had the intercooler in the open to!

I agree^ I have always trusted the PT turbos but eventually they have been having their fail. As you mentioned, most people really dont give much details about their setup when these snails tead up. My tuner has always used Precision's turbos and he has never had a single issues with them. Like any other manufacturer, they all have their little issues down the road. Lets see how it goes with me

Sorry to go off topic OP.
