It is going to be more than a little rich or lean. U are talking a ~10% swing in bsfc from e85 to e50

So if I have E85 in the car with current tune and have the target AFR set at 11.5 and drive around. Now I fill up and its E50 but my target is still set at 11.5 and I drive around with the self learn on. Now the Holley shows the adjustment in the learn table and so I transfer the learn table to my base fuel table. At that point am I not fine with the now E50 in the tank?

Again, I am still learning and therefore asking. This is what I have been doing. If I truly only had E50 in the tank I wouldn't run it at 20lbs of boost like I would on E85 in reality.

I am just saying if you are running in open loop and nothing in the tune is accounting for it you will be fat or lean ~10% from e50-e85 or vice versa

Okay. I agree. The holly allows you to run in closed loop learn and it adjusts based on the O2 sensor reading. At least I believe that is how it works. I have closed loop learn enabled.
