I have been working on the Vette a long time. Car sat for a couple years through 2 house and shop moves. Patriots were it back in 06'. Besides, they have quite a lot of hand work.

I've heard bad things about polishing chambers and runners like that. Just be careful. I'd hate to see you get the car together and then have mechanical gremlins due to a little thing like too much bling in the combustion chamber.

Can't wait to see this setup in the car.

GREAT idea with the jackshaft and the alternator. Very slick!

I got the rest of the machining finished. Machined the other side of the upper runner flange.




Now it fits flush fits inside the plenum and has a belmouth machined in.



The top mount and plate is finished also.




Whats with the 4 holes?
Wait for it.......

BAAAAMM!! The icing on the cake. Been waiting a long time to find a home for this custom throttle body.
