Default will a ebay turbo kit be good?

i only want to run 7psi on stock motor and im wondering if the ebay turbo kit would be ok to run? is it decently made? is the fitment good? I will scrap out the turbo waste gate and bov and go brand name with those components so I will basically just utilize the hard pipes and hot pipes/turbo manifolds... this maybe a stupid post and I could probably get the kit minus the turbo, bov, wastegate from somewhere else if that's even possible! could you point me in the direction of a distributor of such a kit? im new to this site and have custom made various turbo kits on other vehicles myself so im no dummy when it comes down to it, just need advice please

just trying to have some budget fun with the stock Ls1 before its time to rebuild

That Ebay kit sucks... The fitment is hit or miss, I had one in the shop long time ago I removed from a f body. That kit is horrid my intake tube was the same thickness on their manifolds lol. Their are a number of venders on here that will sell a hotside built right. If your ballin on a budget Ill start with a good vendor and start collecting parts.
