I wish I lived closer to Tick. I'd have loved to bring my ride out there and meet Martin.

Wow! Thanks for the awesome pictures Stephen!

Are you a member on Horsepower Junkies Stephen? If so you you should post this on there as well. It being a local site would probably get a little more attention.

I was very glad to see you win the dyno contest. I knew if Glen's(convertible Vette that made 656rwhp) didn't make what it did the other day with 2 degrees more timing(it made 698rwhp with 14 degrees) that you were our only hope to let a Chevy take home the win!!!

Good to meet you a the Mrs. as well. You definitely married a keeper! Anyone's girl that knows that 755 means good and 555 means bad is a winner! LOL

Not a member of horsepower junkies Martin. I may register though lol. And yes I try to keep Lauren educated so she's not lost on what everything means.

We'd love to have you as well Nate.

I know the only side of Tick Performance that a lot of you guys here on the boards see are only what I post in pictures that I put up, my videos and my posts. I represent Tick Performance for the majority and because of that I have had to mature at a very fast pace to fill this role properly and to keep a good image for our company.

That said, while I may be the only side of Tick Performance most of our customers see, I want everyone to know that Tick Performance is not just about Martin. It is much bigger than me. There are 13 people that work here that work just as hard as I do in making sure our customers get their products in a timely manner and that they're the best products on the market.

I've had people ask me, "why don't you just open your own business and sell cams and turbos"?

Tick Performance as a whole can offer me and my customers more than I ever could. As Jonathan has told me more than once on different occasions, you can't always be good at everything. This is why we have a shop of 13 people. We are all good at 1 or 2 things. Anyone who tries to act like they can do it all is full of it. I can offer our customers much more by being a part of something bigger than myself.

To me that is what makes Tick Performance the best shop around and why I will stay here until they kick me out.

Looks like a great time! Will have to try to make it down to the next one.

On a side note, Martin's kit looks good!

What Jonathan thought was so awesome was that Tick Performance's first two customers EVER were in attendance from over 10 years ago.

I think we're doing something right if both of our first two customers were in attendance having a great time.

Thanks for all of our Tick Performance customers whether or not they could be in attendance!!!

Badass man. Always fun when shops do cool stuff like this. Nothing like "giving back".

Congrats on the dyno challenge too.
