You are running 250+ lbs of lead on the street? Wow.

Yeah I was in Tulsa, was headed to Wichita and it got cancelled due to weather so kept driving until we showed up in Tulsa. Yes I run 250+ lbs of lead on the street.

Good stuff Justin. I was wondering if you were ever gonna post this up. Looks great, and good luck getting that 7 next season.

Sweet build! I like how the turbos are tucked and engine bay is not cluttered. How do you like the 3.08's with glide? Do you think it will go 1.2x 60's? Im spinning right at 7k with my 3.23's and need to gear up a bit.

I actually just stepped back to a 3.27 gear before tulsa, forgot to put that in the original post. I think with the 3.08's it's got enough to go a 1.2x 60fts, I put the 3.27 in it since I race so much 1/8th mile up here as we have no local 1/4 track and I was trying to get it past the rpm drop after the transbrake was released and the converter grabbed.

Last night I just stuffed in my other looser converter in the car to see what it will do, my ptc I was using is way tight(dropping over 1500rpm on the shift).

How high does the tighter ptc flash right off idle? Does it drive good or is it loose below 2500?

Never flashed it just off idle honestly, it does drive around great though.

Got a new best last night, couldn't get the car to 60ft like I wanted, but we got some issues to sort out on the suspension, got lots of good data though, but unfortunately the slicks are done(no dots at all, surprised we haven't hit cords yet) so will probably be done for the year.

Dang. Skinnies. Nice work. You are the man. If you get that 60 foot down to 1.2x that thing will be doing it. Pretty sure you will be in the 7's soon. What was race weight? And tire height? What you shifting/crossing at?
Congrats you got mad skilz lol

Did you ever have any trouble running the stock coils in full sequential with the Holley Dominator EFI?

Here is the video, it is killing the tire on the hit, I'm sure these slicks have the sidewalls beat out of them completely.

Yes had 3.27's in it in Tulsa, we put them in after the Mustang/fbody meet at end of September.

No issues with stock coils.

Shifting at 7400, crossing traps at 7100 with this converter, the tighter converter crossed traps at 6900. Shift extension is much better now, 900rpm.

How much boost are you leaving with? No trans brake correct?
