G Body Malibu first passes Took the car out to Mississippi for an annual car car cruise and had alot of fun! there is a track near by and figured we would make a few passes. car was tuned in houston, tx but for some reason im guessing weather change it was running very rich under the curve and at Full boost. couldnt build any boost of the line and it left like a turd
Went 10.70's three times with 1.8 60" @ 135 breaking the tires loose about 100ft out.
for anyone that doesnt know the combo
Stock 5.3 longblock with 862's
Arp rod bolts/ Ebay Studs
215/215 112* Camshaft
Th350 and PTC 3000 Converter
3.73's (switching to 3.23's)
T6 Kbracing truck hotside and S475/83 turbo
15 psi 10.2 AFR and 16* of timing
We will lean it out a bit and try again soon.
This was the slowest pass. Brakes wouldnt hold.

Verdad Gallardo Yea that was it. Thousands of car/trucks/bikes. Friday night at the drag strip was sick! They had the regular test and tune kind of thing and then 11pm-3am they do a grudge type event that the local mississippi guys put on. They had a lightning from florida that made a short pass, probably let out before the 1/8th. This thing was incredible. They say it has a 106mm but who knows. There was also an awd turbo srt8 jeep that was running 9.40's....
