Default What hobb switch fitting is this

Can someone tell me what AN fitting this is . The hobb switch is screwed into it. Also what psi does the hobb switch need to be on my oil scavenge pump? 3-5psi?

It's probably 1/8 NPT screwed into the side of a gauge port adapter fitting.

It's 1/8th NPT, but you need your scavenge pump "ON" anytime the engine is running.

That switch is to let the driver know if pressure ever drops I'd assume. Or if pressure ever builds up in the drain system?

Damn kids today with there turbocharged tricycles.

Never setup a remote But id think that arrow is wrong. That side won't have any pressure really, just the line going to the engine would. The hobbs I guess would trigger a warning light if pressure is to low. But that's just a guess cause like I said I have no remote or scavange pump experience, but id take whatever advice the person that sold you that said with a grain of salt.

I thought that pic looked familiar. From:

You might PM him, or ask him in his thread (JoshuaGrooms83).

Yea I looked it up, the hobbs switch is just there to let you know if your pump goes bad. It's attached to a light that shouldn't ever be on unless the pump fails or you forget to turn it on.
