SINCE THERE IS NO MORE PASS TIME... What show about drag racing are you going to watch? Maybe i dont have a channel you have?
Mavtv has won and done with rich Christensen. I think mavtv was the old speed channel. I have Directv and watch that once in awhile.

The point is that shows like this suck because all that BS is unnecessary. Just because it is on Television doesn't means it has to be shitty. In my opinion the best shows are documentaries or just plain REAL ****. Drag racing has all the excitement i need, leave the fluff at home and get to more racing.

They won't show any races with you guys winning, y'all already know that. Though I did hear from a birdie the F1-X Camaro put the work in out there

I'm definitely gonna be tuned in. There's alot of guys hatin on some of things that get said on the show. But I'd rather watch that than someone baking cupcakes or trying on wedding dresses. The haters will be watching too . Lol! Glad y'all Texas boys will get a chance at them Oklahoma boys again.

So what do they do. They do the best they can to keep the essence of street racing, but get the legal permits necessary to film and broadcast the activities. Fact is, it's a tv show, that costs money to produce and put on the air, which requires sponsors to pay for commercials and advertising. So the show producers have a responsibility to put the best show on tv. Does that mean it's fake, no, not really. Does it mean it's 100% real, legit, ehh, maybe not. But is it entertaining, absolutely.
Well put.

I dont really consider any of the cars to be a "street car" but it is a fun show to watch.

any car that can go 130mph on the street in 1/8 is ******* moving out

For one , have you ever seen a show called. "LA street racers" ? That show looks real, at least for now it does. LOL.

Second, doesn't the degree of crime matter in regards to reporting it. For instance , you don't have to report if someone throws trash on the ground or goes above the speed limit.

I watch it sometimes, but I understand where some of the folks are coming from.

It's just something odd about acting like your worried about the police busting the race, if you had to pull city permits, and their probably blocking off the streets.

If you look at the info section on your TV guide for the show it does say "Reality" and Documentary" though.

Yeah that was pretty beat. No way you were hooking with no prep.

And by the way did that guy really hit you? He looked like he got a piece.

Gay or not I love the show. lol I watched the LMR video calling them out. Win or lose the show tonight showed LMR getting their asses handed to them. Personally, they should just open with a fight first. Kind of like the pre lims before the main event. lol

I don't know if I would call any of them street cars except the farm truck. At least he drives his.

I'm pretty sure I know a couple of guys that could be in the top 5 around here but we're in TEXAS and that wouldn't happen. They do have some fast cars in OKC though.

The NOVA also has a huge tire on his car, and is very experienced with making the most of his lane in a street race. Loved the show tonight, and even though I am Houston Native, I love murder nova's car, and so that was who I was rooting for.

LMR car is set up for the track and heavy. Bring that nova on the track and it would be a different story. Josh needed to give that guy a slap back! lol
