That's a good point and we have that in mind but our ballast is needed in the front end right now. That could change but when we get after it early we keep driving into a wheelie. But yes that is our plan.

Reading the title of this thread along all the other's made me laugh. It should have said "Just your typical 3000hp build"
. A very valid point was made about building the car light and add the ballast where needed to get the car down the track faster.
You might have better luck over on YB? Either way, good luck.

If I was building it, I'd save a **** ton of expense, time and broken parts by changing to a different platform such as 481x. If you have to make any statement what so ever about a 3000 HP LS Anything costing too much then you have NO business even planning a 3000 hp LS engine build. Budget 3000 hp is second hand fuel Hemi Parts thrown together and disassembled every few weeks in a Pro Mod, which is why there are so many Pro Mods.
