Default Finished the Intake Manifold- A few pics

Worked hard on it for weeks. I'm very pleased with how it came out. A lot of small details still to be worked out.

I am curious how you boned the tubes to the flange you made. It doesn't look to be welded at least not from the out side.

Top and bottom of the runners are a very precise press fit into the flanges. Top slides in 3/4" and the bottom a full inch. Used the best metal to metal, aluminum filled aircraft epoxy I could find. Im not into the welded fabricated look. Actual plenum is fully TIG welded and smoothed 1/4" aluminum.

looks sweet. ever think about a burst panel in the plenum there is a lot of compressed air in there if it pops back.damn nice work

Looks pretty but are the injectors pointing at the back of the ports?

I like the alternator location and jack shaft, seems like a very well thought out engine and a lot of time.
