What manifold is this?
Does anyone know what exhaust manifold this is? I think this would be a good manifold for my S10 turbo 5.3 swap, since its hard to get something to fit on the drivers side with the steering shaft in the way.

I'm kinda new to turbos so excuse me if this is a dumb question but what effect does the distance of the wastegates from the turbo matter? Most people it seems put them as close as possible and thats what I had planned but I like the layout of yours much better.

Thats my old setup. A cut down truck manifold actually has more clearance than a LS4. Ive used both in my car. LS4 is easier to just throw in and go though. Im working on an S-10 now and have been looking at options for a good setup for manifolds to market a single kit. Looks like an angle milled and cut down Trailblazer manifold should be ok running forward and down while clearing the steering.
The advantage to mounting the wg close to the turbo is you can get away with using one after the merge. Saves a little money and plumbing if you can get by with a 44ish mm unit.

On my 92 s10 i looked at that manifold. On the drivers side the steering shaft is so close to the motor it wouldn't clear without adding ujoints/relocating the shaft. Also the brake booster looked like it might hit as well but wasnt on the truck at the time. I ended up building a log style set up as i wanted to keep the inner fenders.
One trick to gain a little extra clearance is to get a steering shaft from a late 80s early 90s Jeep Grand Cherokee. It gets rid of the sloppy rag joint too. the ends are right you just have to shorten it about 2"
