Default PA Racing K member question (not lining up)

I'm in the process of installing the turbo k member and the dowel pins aren't lining up.

All the bolts are loose. Here are some pictures.

Anyone else have this problem? If I leave it the way it is and tighten it down the k member will be stressed quite a bit. Any suggestions?

You don't think that would stress the k member maybe even to the point of cracking?

I've installed 6 different brands and needed to pry on everyone except my MWC K-member.

If you can break a k member with your hands you should join the UFC..

the problem with mass producing a part like this is that you cannot guarantee that every part will fit every car. Each car is different with factory tolerances be somewhat laxed, then not to mention the years of abuse, lifting, cornering, twisting etc that take their toll on the mounting locations of large components. so while most of the time k-members will fit with very little or no effort, some cars have seen different conditions than others. Most people get that and are able to work around it. Others seem to expect the parts to fit exactly, and if not then it is unacceptable to them. Work with it if you can, then if not give PA a call and see what they can suggest.
