I am thinking of getting one instead of going supercharged . My only hangup is a 3" down pipe . Not enough for a 408 , in my eye' s unless u can convince me otherwise .;(

Well this should help. Let me know if you have any questions

-4" Downpipe option. Mainly for those wanting to run the mid-frame turbos, we also have a down pipe solution for you as well considering they come with a 4" down pipe discharge opposed to the 3" of a standard T4 turbo. With this, we have developed a 2-piece 4" down pipe that will exit the front bumper on the passenger side. With this, you will still be able to retain the OEM K-member, and your OEM Radiator in the OEM Location!

A T6 set-up would be a different kit.
Due to the numerous number of different K-members on the market, and how tight of clearance a 4" down pipe fits through them even when build on a car, making one to fit all won't work smoothly. You can however bolt up the 4" bumper style and have a local fab shop use it and route it to the back of the car for you to fit through the K-member you have on the car!

Also, check out the entire thread, we have fit T4 flanged S480's on this kit without having to touch the radiator position and fitting the sway bar, etc! We can get a Billet 84mm Borg Warner with the 96mm turbine wheel in the T4 set-up that will bolt right on this kit!

What kind of power would u think a 408 with LSA head would make on a 6 spped car ?

With the turbo mentioned above, Billet 84, race cover, 96mm turbine wheel, 1150+ rwhp

Spool time is dependent on many factors, which makes it hard for me with so many variables. We can get it on a tighter housing to increase spool time. Also your camshaft and other engine factors will play a role in how quickly it will spool. With your cubes, I wouldn't be too overly concerned with spool time however
