Project Murphys Law *C6*332ci*Twin s256's*
So I built this car about a year ago and never made a build thread about it so here we go. This is my "driver" that I take to the shop every day and was in no way built has a "racecar". I have to thank Mike @ Alphatuning for his help with the build, I could not have finished it without him, or crushed over 300 beers throughout the build.
The car started with the LS2 completely stock except the Vic Jr. It made 550 whp @ 5psi. I decided to do a cam and when I got the cam out the bearings looked like **** for only having 60k on them. So out the motor came and this is what I did -
Motor -
LS2 Block
4.8 crank
Eagle L19 6.4" rod
Diamond Pistons
Arp Mains and Headstuds
243 Heads - 2.02/1.6 Manley Valves
LS9 gaskets
Howards Cam - 226/232 .578/.587 112
.600 Beehive springs
Ti Retainers
Comp pushrods
LS7 Lifters
Comp Roller Rockers
Twin BW s256's T3 .76
Turbosmart everything
Snow Performance Meth
id1000's
340 Intank
A1000 External
Both tanks currently sumped and hooked together with the factory transfer disconnected.
I have had just about every fuel system known to man in this car. The best part is that none of them worked correctly. IF you have a c6 you know how much fun it is to drop the tanks so I will not be switching my fuel setup for awhile.

Induces suicide. Its kinda like a puzzle that can only be done one way. IF I were to do a twin turbo corvette again it would definately be rear mounts just for that reason. well and the underhood temps as well.
Yes
Dont know yet. Its pretty stupid actually. I have a dyno and have yet to put my own car on it. what do ya do.

brilliant using the 4.8 crank. I bought a 4.8 short block and am considering the same thing, short stroke, high rpm turbo screamer
thanks for posting up the buld, the fab work is fantastic
can you show the hood? I'm wondering what size scoop is needed to fit the single plane and elbow under it. looks killer.
like the way you routed the pressure side tubes, reiminds me of the OLD TTi low HP kits. but very serviceable
that kit with some nice cast manifolds like ttix does woudl make the plug changes a snap. your manifolds are much nicer and likely spool/flow better though!
now tune that rascal and go have some fun. I've been driving my turbo Z06 to work now that the weather is nice and it starts the day off right!

The car is really fun with those turbos. I pretty much recommend them to anyone that comes into my shop that wants a twin setup for their street car. I can get full boost with like 40% throttle.

When we started this kit we had a couple goals, one of them was to not run piping out in the wheel wells like the TTi kits. Very serviceable is a stretch. After you take the stuff in and out a couple times its not too bad. Just like a big puzzle that only goes one way.
