i want to see some other results honestly but at least in this setup it was not worth the swap, we just did it because my friend who bought the 78/75 is a little bit out before he can install it, so he let me borrow it.

this is the same hotside that was on my 6.0 2500 truck that did 675whp on 16psi with a magnum 80mm

so i figure the hotside can at least do 600+ so i dont think that is holding it back.

That's pretty low power for a 6.0 @ 20psi with either turbo. Big power eating converter/rear/tires on that truck?

Lots of jerking for a dismal climax...I was hoping to see about 650whp on 15psi. Are you sure it has a 76mm exhaust wheel? Thanks again for the comparison Denmah!!

I really feel there must be something else at work here if a 5.7 can make over 700 with the 76. Either that or this is just a horribly designed turbo.

IMO the smaller motors make great power with the china turbos, because of the small turbine.

i dont know how the hell anyone does 700+ with the 76mm honestly lol

Id imagine you might need a different cam profile for the larger turbine wheel, or spin more rpm vs more boost. Isnt the point of the larger wheel to carry the power higher vs quicker spool/lower peak power? If its a copied turbonetics wheel design it should do better than mid 500s.

honestly not sure whats up with that, might be something else in the setup?

i also have a KB racing manifold and billet turbo on the way for this truck
Are you seeing 20lbs all the way to redline with the 76/65, or does it peak at 20 and drop off as rpm climbs?

it actually held 20lbs the whole way, im still not convinced that these are accurate turbo results, as i can only do 515-540 with the 76mm turbo also, something else might be capping my setup, possibly incorrect camshaft

Yeah I think something else may be at play here. I know one guy made 765whp with the 76 on a 6 speed car. I would like for these to at least support 750whp each as I'm using them in a twin setup. I wanted to give them a shot and later I will swap them out with some billet wheel turbos.
