COOL a pic of my car is on the SDCE website in the LS1 instruction page It's the pic of the red bird doing a burnout at the track Now they just have to add it to the customer rides section and we will be all set. They also have a Firehawk, and a white T/A convertible on the instruction page too.
Thanks SDCE

Heath,
Which end of the support brace do you need the bolt for? If it's for the oil pan side, Scott says he put one in the box when we sent you your pulley...
As far as the stop, Scott says it makes it easier to adjust the tension if following his instructions. and it protects the plastic pulley from getting hit with the tensioner. He also said it's possible that when ATI made that batch of main brackets that they weren't all made the same and the holes aren't in the middle...he suggested grinding the stop down a little narrower...

He also wanted me to ask you to send all the proto stuff back.

I'll follow up on your belt AGAIN...didn't realize it was going to take forever to get a damn belt to you!

KYLE...Scott needs the pieces you took off your setup back. Send 'em any way you want, just let me know how they're coming...where are YOUR pictures??!

Jeremy... I had to use that pic! Just looked so cool!

EVERYONE else with our setup...SEND ME YOUR PICTURES!! I can fit about 6 pictures and 2 videos on each customer's car section. Send some varied shots...burnout, outside of car, inside of car, whatever sets your car apart from others, engine pics, exhaust pics...

The blue car next to Jeremy's is Mike Busch's car...

Any comments on the new instructions? Has anyone followed them yet?

Am I the only one that can't figure out how to navigate to the instructions? I need instructions to get to the instructions :-p

Wendy, As soon as I get my setup I plan on taking video of what the tensioner does on the dyno so we can see the spring tensioner in action. I found the video of the cogs belt slipping absolutely amazing. wanna do something similar with the SD setup, but hopefully with out all the slip and nastiness

That's a good idea...we've done it on our dyno with other tensioners that we make for our Chryslers...if you could, you should do a before and after and really watch how much the belt jumps around in the before setup! It's amazing! I know we have vids of that stuff...I'll see if I can dig em up too...
Can you send me the vid of the cog slip?

Did you find the instructions ok? I'll send you the link if you need it! teehee..
Have a good day!

Well I won't have a chance to get the old setup on the dyno to get video of the blower working under load. But I'll get some of it running with the new setup on the dyno. No problem there.

Here's the video of the cogs setup;

Cogs Tensioner

Yeah I found the one link. But your site could use some renovations, it can be a little tough to navigate at times. No biggie. I'd rather have a vendor that offers good products at good prices, than a snazzy website.
