the 5psi graph is on the first page tommorrow or monday i will post the 10psi.
the torgue is due to the big exhaust housing. I am going to put a size smaller one on it this week.

pretty neat for sure, some thoughts..

turbotech kit with t76 = 5,100

sts kit is 3,800 + 500 methanol kit + 800 headers = 5,100

turbotech includes a bov does this system?
this gt67 you're running is an upgrade, how much extra was that?

smokinhawk put down like 512 mustang dyno @ 10psi on a LC motor and the tt street kit.. wonder if that was pump gas or race gas? this would be roughly 540 dynojet give or take.... though that was like 2 years ago on an ed wrong tune

The sts kit we sell for 3600. Methanol is not a must, upgrade is 400, and you dont have to have headers, The turbo tech kit you have to get injectors and pump instead of methanol, Must program computer for injectors, but if you want to run alot of boost on the sts kit you also have to do computer work, sts kit is way easier to put on. I like both kits but after dealing with both i like the sts more. The sts kit comes with a tial wastegate. Also with the sts kit if you want to run alot of boost 15 plus you can, all you have to do is upgrade turbos, If you want to run alot of boost on the turbo tech kit you have to get their race kit which is between 7000 and 8000. They both have their goods and bads. Just my opinions

I would just go with larger injectors 38's or 42's and programming and forget the meth all together or leave it on to fine tune it under boost.

they are using the methanol instead of an intercooler far as i know. both kits of course need a pump and injectors at this level so i didnt count that in either total.

amacgt, of course you dont HAVE to have all of that stuff.. but if you dont have it your're not going to get the 500hp you did.. i am comparing the prices as they are used if you want to compare the results i think its only fair.

Ahh yes, I forgot there was no intercooler. With my PD, I had the stock injectors(28's) FMU running 6psi and ed wrong tuning non intercooled. The car ran excellent with those mods....except on real hot days then it was ping city. So I can see where the Meth helps, but I still would find a good intercooler before I used meth inj.

Default STS turbo

The website is WWW.STSTURBO.COM.
On my kit I got a switch, the switch can be dialed up to 10psi from 5psi. Also when i want more boost I can change the waste gate spring and then use the switch from 10psi to 15 or so. I dont have menthanol yet so i havent used the switch just keeping it on 5psi and a good tune. I put in 42.5lb injectors and 103 auto lights. With the heat we back out the timing for pinning but it works great. any questions feel free to ask

Default 1/4 mile time

I ran the quarter up in vegas a couple of weeks ago at 5lb boost
1/4 12.4
60' 2.0
mph 116.7

I now have a better tune and a new clutch going in, but the gears need to be changed they are 410's from my old set up and I was bouncing of the rev limiter just before the line. I should be in the low 11's with the proper set up and if i hit the switch to 10psi who knows where ill end up. later

the intake pipe itself acts as the intercooler, its like having a regular intercooler with no tubulators. theres little pressure drop but not as much heat exchange as there would be with a huge FMIC. the methanol does help cool the charge but it also adds the fuel to make more power than the stock fuel system can support. i would still reccomend upgrading the fuel sys just for safeties sake, but abviously the meth should be o.k. for a while.

great numbers...beasically no reason to get a TTI kit unless you're going t-76 and then you'r talking a whole different league as far as $$$. Sucess.

it was on pump gas 94 to be exact. Tuned by DSI

ill admit these are performing better then i thought and can be a cheap upgrade with desent power gains, but if you compare the TTi kit, least on mine power comes on sooner. the sts kit looks a little peakier, while mine seems to have a broader power range, we will have to wait and see the 10lb graph first.
i got my TTi kit for $3k so it was $600 cheaper

Nice numbers! for the money there is no comparison cause with the TTi kit you have to take into account that its gonna cost a good amount to have it installed and with the STS kit you can do it yourself...atleast with me i wouldnt want to install something like the TTi kit myself. Going to order one in a fae weeks
