Default Cost 450 - 500 crank hp fi set up

Hello all!! I would like to get 450 - 500 crank hp with my trans am and was wondering if the kits sold from vendors for 5000 to 6500 dollars would suffice for this amount of power, or would I have to spend alot more on little things here and there to reach my power goals. I am just looking for a nice daily driver and to retain my current gmmg exhaust note haha. Thank you!!

450 crank HP is a $500 cam and springs and a tune.... You don't need a turbo for that.

Agree with JoeNova^
Also...
5000 for a kit seems rather on the expensive side, considering ebay hotsides are running for about 550

I would prefer to keep it FI since I daily drive my car and does the on3 kit include everything I would need for a nice daily driven, reliable turbo trans am? Or am I looking at extra expenses ontop? Thank you

The JEGS 228/230 cam is daily driver friendly and will make 450 flywheel cam only.

A turbo setup for only 450 flywheel seems like a huge waste. That's 4-6 pounds on a stock cam car.

You will have to upgrade EVERYTHING for FI. Their is a few stickies up top with all kinds of answers. That's going to be a good place to start reading. Read all you can before you ever buy anything or your going to just be going in circles. Go to build threads and read people's threads, ask questions there.
