My car is making this sound ???

Under boost and then sometime it might fly wide open and run like a rapes ape ! I have to hit on my fuel pump some time to get it own could this be the problem.? It's a new Bosch 044

any a/f logs or a gauge at all?

If i had to tap my fuel pump to get it going i wouldnt trust it

I have a wideband but I wasn't looking at it... New fuel pump on the way ...Wastegate dumping into atmosphere

Hard to tell with the wind noise...

But it sounds like your waste gate might be fluttering.

60mm...the brand is EMUSA I think the one that's sloppy mechanic used in a build for the fairmont..can i unhook the waste gate and c if it will build boost???

Sounds like spark blow-out or rev limiter. What's the plug gap set to?

gap is 24...rev limit is 6800..

12lb...what would cause it to flutter ? I'm about to say to hell with it I'm tired of fooling with it !!!! It runs & drives fine till going into boost sometime...

Do you have a blowoff valve? Do you see boost bouncing when its doing the issue?

yes BOV ,, BOOST IS STEADY @ About 2lbs...and want go any higher when making that flutter sound..i was told today that my wastegate vac line might be closing.i'm using silacone line..my engine is myavatar
