compresser wheel not spinnig at idle

I'd like to share : I have a One3 76mm I bought used off of a blown up motor. Installed it and it would on occasion not spin at idle. It was found to have issues and rebuilt and still had no spin at idle.
Chris at Midwest explained to me the potential for why that would happen. First is he said the majority of Chinese turbos have very large oil orifices inside compared to BW/precision/turbonetics etc assuming to compensate for not fantastic bearings/tolerances. That being said depending on CI of engine and exhaust housing sometimes the hydrolock type condition inside can't be overcome by the exhaust gases to actually move the wheel at idle (especially true with cold start with thick/cold oil)
Other consideration is general CI vs Turbo sizing. A huge exhaust housing on a small CI motor will typically lend itself to not moving enough air to physically turn the shaft at idle.
My personal experience is: 5.3 with 68mm exhaust housing and .96 AR and on occasion mine will not spin at idle... I was concerned about it and was given the above explanation. Hope this helps.

I understand the oil heats up and thins out. Which can have a big affect. But turbo bearings don't loosen up or "break in".
40 sec mark you can see it spinning pretty fast.
