Man you really turned a shitty situation into a nice car quick! Sucks that happened, people are so damn dishonest. Impressive work, I hope you see it thru to make some coin on it. Shouldnt take too much more work to turn a decent profit if you hold onto it a bit longer.

Dunno it's up for sale now if it goes it goes. If not I'll play. It's more of a looker than a driver for sure, but it's fun. Was cruising around in it a little today. Has 2 huge wastegates and must have baby springs in them. Not sure why this kit would need a 2 42mm gates. Making about 1.5lbs of boost now. I'll have to get a boost controller on it soon.

It's rides fine on a smooth road. I've been to alot of towns all over the US, and wichita takes the cake for worst roads by a long shot. Bit of a rattle trap in the back and front. Factory front end needs an overhaul. (ordered a few parts to do this already) Factory forward springs were hit with a torch to lower it. Sheet metal work in back vibrates. Rear suspension is really stiff. You can tell It was setup as a drag only car.

I was all set to go get that car and he popped the 370 in it two days before I was picking up a trailer and heading over there and I moved on and ended up with my current Camaro. Sucks to see it was not in the condition advertised in his post but glad you are fixing it up and getting it taken care of.
Really like those cars and still want another one.

Depends what your definition of streetable is I guess. I think it’s streetable now. Plenty good to get me to and from the race track or cruise around town. The new H4 headlight kit just came in. As soon as I wire that I’m going to go get it tagged. Still lacks some little things like working wipers, horn, decent suspension up front, comfortable driver seat, locks, speedo, interior lighting/gauges, weather stripping. I’d pull the carpet and spray the whole interior with sound deadening so stop the sheet metal rattles/vibration/noise too if I planned on mainly street driving it
