Oh, I see. Then isn't it almost a no-brainer that a billet 80mm will out gun a cast 75mm if they have the same turbine specs???

Not really, they won’t have the exact same specs. A lot depends on the blade/wheel design. The new 69mm S300SX-E flows about like the T4 Cast S475. If the clone S480 doesn’t have extended tips and a newer wheel design, there’s a good chance the T6 cast S475 will make more power. If they copied an actual BW wheel it would be a no brainer, but I doubt they could do that legally so there is usually some sort of change made.

Have you made a tutorial video of the trans-controller that you are using? If not, it think that it would be interesting for a lot of people

I'd be in for this as well. I am going to be using a Microsquirt to control my 80E.

What is the physical size of those relative to the big ole' GT45, and how much are they going for?

Oh, BTW, I don't think the Chinese copycats are limited by legalities any more than they are by scruples. Pretty much only technology and QC holding them back IMO.

yes, it creeps from 8lbs to 10-11 at the most on gate, and if you are adding in duty cycle with the EBC

it does nothing till approx 50% then it goes strait to orbit

Are you going to put the other gate by the turbo? Seems like the most effective place and you might have some room

I know this isn't in the sloppy price range but the JGS500r on my setup will gate down to 4PSI with the lightest spring. My combo and hotside is very similar to yours.
