It's very light. Much lighter than the factory core support and rebar. It might weigh 10lbs

Thanks man. I hope to get this car to the level of your car at some point. It might might not be with this turbo or even this motor but hopefully it will get there.

Have you considered running twin aem 320s? The aem pump works pretty well from what I've seen.

I think I may do that actually. They will also fit better in the bucket I'm sure.

Surely it would be a sin to install this transmission.

Was this an ABS sheet you bonded the fans to? It looks like it ..I'm asking because typically things don't bond well to ABS. Does the 3m stuff work well?

Build is coming along great.

And I hear you on the build time. I see some of these build threads and I'm jealous. Everything goes perfect for them, and they do things fast!

I might have 8 hours to spend on my car every other week. And it's not 8 hours at a time. It's like 2 here, 3 there type of thing. It's frustrating, and takes a long time to finish. Plus staying motivated that whole time.

I usually have to take vacations at work just to get car work done lol

Yes it is abs and yes it does stick very well to abs. I haven't found anything it doesn't stick to lol.
Ya it's been slow progress of throwing money at it when I can. It's getting pretty close the last big items I need are torque converter, injectors and intake.

Going to be purchasing a torque converter soon. I have 1 question I'm looking at the circle d pro 2 single disc 258mm should I go 2b or 3b. I'm thinking 2b but don't want to regret not going with a larger stall. So what do you guys think.

Parts started coming in today.
Injectors, boost gauge, 5/8" drain fitting and some hoses. The rest should be here by Friday.

So... I just found a deal locally for a brand new circle d triple disc billet lock up converter for stupid cheap. BUT... It's a 3600 stall. Is that gonna be to loose? It's really hard to pass up this deal but if it won't run for **** I'll pass. Need some insight asap!

I'd say jump on it if it's cheap. Worst case, send it in for a re-stall.
