Anybody know the best place to get some front coil overs? I don't mind used or new, just trying to find the best deal.

So.... how do you guys stop your selfs from constantly upgrading. What I mean is, I just can't seem to stop my self from changing stuff and upgrading stuff that isn't broke. My car is always "down" because I decide to change this or that and it's never ending but I can't seem to stop lol. The car runs like a raped ape but I keep changing stuff because I keep learning more and more of what it likes and what it needs. Right now I'm ready to rebuild my turbo kit for a t6 and run a billet 88 borg but I don't know why. The car is plenty fast now and I should just enjoy driving it. Anyways I guess I'm just wondering if it's just me or does everyone struggle with this.

Well I can say it is not just you. I bought a 2012 camaro ss in Oct of 2012 and voided the warranty the first weekend. Over the last few years since purchase I have actually driven my new car less then 10000 miles because of constant upgrades and changes. My car spends more time under the knife then it does on the street. I can say my first engine swap was actual failure of parts but everything else either failed due to me putting to much power through it or was actually working fine but I was sure if I did this or that it would make the engine more powerful or the car hook better. I have shelves of last iterations parts in the garage. My wife, my friends and my family are sure im crazy but I think in just a hot rodder with a newer car lol.

I've been thinking about doing a 99-02 single cab short bed. I have a gen 4 5.3 and plenty of extra tubing to build a kit. I really need to see this one through. I need to get some good suspension under it and a cage, after that I think I'll be satisfied.

They are never done, women cant understand, lol.
Car came out super, great detail-kind of wish I had used the 78/75, but VS racing had their billet 83/75 on sale, so I grabbed one. Should be fine though

17x7 front wheels and tires came in. Now I'm just waiting on the 295/55/15 Hoosiers to get here then we will be back on the street. Really excited about the fronts, I think they are going to look awesome. I'll post some pics soon.

I had that same problem before. I would upgrade parts before the car even left the garage and I did it constantly. I learned with the car I have now is just to research more and figure out what goals I want so I can buy the part the first time. it may take longer to build but it wont be constantly taken apart to upgrade later

I know it needs to get to the track. I'm actually taking it to get inspected right now. Then maybe soon I can drive it to the track make a pass and drive home.

Only reason I can see that would stop you is breakage. You're on a tire....you have the drivetrain, car should be mid 10s by accident.
