We had a nice weekend so a few of us went out and hit the track up. Some of you know the b.s. iv been through with the car lately but the help has shown, lol. First pass off the trailer and leaving off idle it went 10.33@138, then i started to get after it. Set 2-step at 3000 which makes about 5lbs of boost and max boost around 13lbs and went 9.24@150 (new best time!), turned the 2-step to 3500 which gets me around 10lbs on the 2-step and turned the boost up to 17lbs and thats when i found the limits of the track. 9.35@150 and 9.42@150 were the following passes.
The new suspension and converter made a huge difference and the car goes straight as a arrow and 1 hand on wheel and other shifting is no problem at all so that made driving the car effortless! So i MAY change tires from the radial pro to something more forgiving on a less-then-ideal track but not sure. But for what is most likely the last passes of the year i got a damn good pass in, lol.

Nice Job! Congrats.
Stout performance for just 13 lbs?
I run the 9x28 pro bracket radials. When the spin they shudder pretty hard but keep on going. Air pressure prob would help that. I run between 16-17 psi.
By the looks of your sidewalls, I'd say you were trying pretty low pressure?
I do think the pro brackets will last longer.

Yea I have to tune suspension a lot more but wasn't able to get a lot of runs in due to people crashing on track. Only got 4 runs in that day. Come spring I have to get with Eric@MWC on a track day and have him help me set it up right.

you run at 41? I was there a few weeks ago with my truck (just messing around). Watched 2011 Z06 slam off of both walls (driver was slamming the car into the rev limiter on stock tires). Can't wait to see you iron this thing out. Maybe we will run into eachother, I should have my 98 SS there next summer making a few passes.

Thanks! It's been a LONG time in the making but it definitely paid off! Weird how a well planned out car works so well vs thrown together junk, lol.
