Speed density guys, how much does fueling change with weather?
Just wanted to know if you guys that live in a 4 season area have to change up your tune during the year due to the change in weather.
I run a 3 bar setup and was at the track a couple weeks ago. It was cold out about 40 degrees and I had to pull fuel out to get it to about .78 lambda.
This week has been very warm about 65-70. I gave it a few highway pulls tonight and Im at about .82-.85.
I actually though I would need more fuel when it was colder but it seems to be the opposite. Maybe my logic is off somewhere.
Anyway lets hear it. What is the normal for all you speed density guys that drive their cars around and do their own tuning?

My experience isn't with a boosted vehicle but with speed density and 4 drastically different seasons. I actually found that my afr didn't change at all with the weather. I felt like it was almost more stable on speed density as well.

I log every run and notice very little difference. Maybe 1-2%.
I run E85
I also run closed loop, so it takes care of itself in drive around mode. LTFT is turned off.
I had read that the stock O2 sensors would not survive in the hot side. Two years and counting. They work perfect.

It seems to be small enough that I can't tell if it's just variance in my fuel or weather related. At least WOT I don't notice much. Cruising and idling it does bounce around a bit more it seems.

mines a DD and i can tell you if there was any changes im not noticing it. but i dont have 4 seasons here. it can get really cold but not snowing cold. or as hot at 100*+ during peak summer.
