Sorry about the double posts and the giant big pictures< don't have a clue how or what Im doing internet wise. Anyway, Bad Apache the radiator hose pic comes out of the radiator into the remote water pump that is mounted under the cab.The radiator is a cheap duel pass, you can see the y block that I made for the to and return from the radiator. Thank you 52 Merc for that idea. I have no thermostat , no ducting of any kind, the radiator hoses are -20 an. The steam lines run into the small round fill tube that I made and the overflow runs from the same tank to a matching tank on the other side of the intercooler. Fans come on at 160 and shutoff at 170. it seems to work fine , no overheating issues at all .
