Bos, I would bet its your tuning also. Mine does the same its really soggy down low but floor it and it goes like hell. NoGo will get it cleaned up once we figure out where the boost is going to sit with the 3.4

I got my setup in this weekend and man these instructions are sketchy! Anyone have any suggestions on all these little bolts and screws? Maybe it will all make since when I try and install it. But for now just looking at the parts and the instructions, I'm like

remember, it can take any one of a million things to make your setup slightly different than Heath's and everyone else's. I think that was proven with the belt choice for your application....keep in mind, Scott has installed MANY of these setups...you have all installed only one each...
Putting the belt on should be just as easy as putting the factory serp belt on. Make sure you're following the instructions correctly. If you're still having trouble, call us.
Try this...Scott said to have a friend pull back the tensioner. Then undo the idler so it slides up. Put the belt around the crank adn other pulleys. Then slide idler down to the bottom as far as needed to get the tension correct. Let the tensioner go and look at it. Repeat if necessary to get tension where you want it.
Other comments from Scott about your brackets...make sure your bolts don't bottom out in your blower. ATI has a bad habit of "shallow tapping" all the holes. Your bracket was all marked up from your blower moving...it's also slightly bent and the cog hole is sliced almost all the way thru the bracket. It's been around and back from all the abuse and should be replaced.
Call us if you need to. LEAVE A MESSAGE if we don't pick up right away so we can call you right back.
