Default High Z injectors larger than Deka 80s

As we all know, these are the best bang for the buck, $/injector flow. What are some options when you go to a larger High Z injector without spending $1000? Also would only consider an injector that has injector data avalaible.

I see the IN900 injectors for ~$525, but that doesnt get you much further (10% more).

Bosch sells lots of high z injectors above 80 lbs that are affordable. 500 bucks will get you 120-160 lb injectors, 700 bucks gets you 220 lb high z injectors.

Wonder if injector data is available for these, or any of these other >80 lb/hr high Z injectors?

I am going to be running MS Gold, so I dont even know yet what is available as far as injector parameters in Tuner Studio. I tune alot of vehicles with HPTuners though on stock PCM's and there are quite a few tables that need to be changed when swapping to a different injector.

I found some solid injector data for these injectors (not everything needed for factory PCM and HPTuners) but it might get me by with MS.

But, I cannot find these injectors any cheaper than $100 a piece. I dont want to spend much mroe than $500 if I can help it. Wish there was something in the size range of 100-120 lb/hr @ 3 bar fuel pressure. I would prefer to run 3 bar base with boost reference so my pumps have a little more room...this would still be 4.5 bar FP under boost.

Ran across a thread on LS1Tech that says to stay away from these injectors...that they are a "modified CNG 827 injector". Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) but dont know what an "827" injector is. Someone stated they are finicky with fuel temperature change.

Link to thread? Last 3 digits of the PN are 827...

Most of the big hi-z injectors are CNG injectors. They are nothing like the older ford CNG/LPG injectors that were such a pain to tune. Import guys have been using these and the 210lb bosch injectors for a while know and really like them. I've never used a set thou...

Are these drop in or do they have to be modified?

The 827 do have a fuel temp sensitivity, it's a fact.

Why do y think ID quit selling them?

I wouldn't give 10 dollars for a set

Friend had a set he finally got rid of, clear as day they flow less as fuel temp rose

I saw these as well. They ship from Latvia (near Poland) i wasn't liking that in case they were fake or even if not fakes there was an issue. Good luck on that return credit ! Haha

I started the thread
"Help me understand injector prices"
Soon as you go over 80lb it seems, there goes the price ! It literally doubles, or more!
Why can't I buy an off the shelf 160lb on up Bosch injector for the same price as an 50,60,80 etc.?
Nobody "flow matched" it, not a "dynamically" flow matched a set, not a drilled, ground, re-labeled or what the **** ever! Just a new, in the box stock injector....

Believe me, i totally understand and appreciate the work, tooling, time, energy, expense that goes into IDs, FIClinic,FIConnection, deatschworks etc.

Ok, rant over, please proceed.

Ha. You u are better off spending little more for the "821" 2000s.

If you have fuel quality issues and want something not susceptible to corrosion issues like the 821 and 827 I would spend a little bit more yet for the Bosch ANSU stainless 1650s
