What size pulley do you have now? You need to go down about .200"-.300". If your at 4.00 for example you need to pulley down to 3.8 or 3.7.

If I remember correctly, I have a 3.2 pulley, and I am only seeing about 5.5 psi.

Next week, I am going to order a SD Concepts 8-rib set up, so that should correct the low boost.

My combination of cam, heads, exhaust, and maybe some belt slip is probably why I only see only 5-5.5 psi.

ok so it looks like i should try the 3.2 pulley for the p1sc
do you guys think i should get the computer re-tuned?
or maybe get 42 lbs injectors
because even now my fuel pressure drops to 55 psi, then goes back up to 60 when the transmission shifts

Yes I would get injectors and tunning. You will also need a inline fuel pump if you don't already have one.

Yeah I would say with the heads and cam you would be down on some boost. Plus belt slip.

I have the same setup as you. I had a 3.7 and saw 6lbs. Now I have a 3.5 and see 7.5 lbs. With a 3.2 you'd see 9-10 lbs.

The difference is probably due to the difference between the D series and the P series prochargers.
