Same. Tom will give you a good price and stand behind his products. I'm glad I went with Tbyrne.

I won't deal with Tom anymore. I didn't get my Nitrous Kit. He charged me the wrong amount ($8.00 difference), didn't contact and didn't send it out. I had to call him for the status. Then when I called, he shipped the last one out knowing I already paid for one.

Too bad, he lost all my business.

Sorry to hear about that. Tom like the rest of us, is human. My guess is he did not intentionally try and rip you off. I'm also guessing he refunded your money when he realized he made a mistake? I could be wrong, but from my dealings with him he is a straight up guy and cuts good deals for his customers.

No, he didn't try to rip me off. But he could have eaten $8.00 and just sent me the kit. I would have paid the difference if I had know. He lost a customer for $8.00.

Instead he sold his last one knowing I paid for one.
He did refund my money.

Dave @ NitroDave gets all my business now. He got my kit packaged and ship the same day I hung up with Tom.
