My research on here, and upon reviewing the manufacturers website/catalogs, is that the Wiseco 2618 Forged Aluminums are very high quality. Price includes ring set, which has a steel nitride top compression ring, and a 3mm oil ring.

It would depend on what you want your compression ratio to be.

2618 alloy is the important part, 4032 isn't much better than stock. Call LJMS and ask about the stainless top rings also.

We use a lot of Wiseco, Diamond, and Manley 2618 Pistons here with great results. As for what dish or dome you need it will depend on the rest of the combination. Such as chamber size on the cylinder heads that are going to be used along with what gasket you plan on running.

I have wiseco's and the quality is excellent. The 2618 material is the way to go. I'm 370ci with flat tops and 317s standard chamber and at 10:1 running e85. Pay attention to your quench and gasket thickness, they are equally important as what kind of piston you decide to use.

I use wiseco 2618 pistons and scat forged crank and rods on my forged 383 turbo build. One thing many dont know going into buy a 2618 set is.
If this for a street car buy a block heater.
2618 pistons do not expand like stock pistons . 75% of an engines wear is from start up. Using a block heater will get your motor up to temp with out any wear .
