Default Sensor/Bung Locations for Hot/Cold Piping?

Ok guys, so I have a couple of questions. We are just finishing up the hot/cold side turbo piping. What size bungs should be welded in and where? I'm still learning, so assume I know nothing. For example the o2 sensor in DP, what size bung n where to install? IAT sensor in the charge pipe, how far from the TB? before or after the blow off valve? Back pressure sensor, How far from turbo, How far from o2 sensor in the downpipe? What size bung? If it matters, I'm going to be running the Holley Dominator system.

Any/All help would be appreciated.

O2 bung is an M18x1.5 and you can get 'em anywhere. get stainless even if the rest of the hotside is mild. rusty bungholes are the worst

for IAT i used the $20 diyautotune one. It has 3/8npt thread and I put it where my egr solenoid was on my truck intake. But anywhere after the intercooler is probably ok.

put it above the 3 oclock or 9 oclock positions so water doesnt settle on it.

do the same with your pressure sensor, mount it vertical so water doesnt pool on the transducer surface and ruin it.

I put my O2 after the wastegate dumps back in ...total of about 20" from the turbine outlet.

I think the general consensus is around 16" to 24" inches.

I don't understand why you want to put a pressure sensor in your down pipe. There shouldn't be any pressure to read unless your running 20ft of exhaust.
Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think there is any point in it. At all!

That was a guy running 3 mufflers though!! I seriously doubt there would be any pressure with a decent full flowing exhaust
