Default Anyone using a single BW S369SXE ?!

A company is telling me I can hit 800whp w a single 369sxe on my stock stroke 6.0 at around 15-16psi w this turbo.....

Someone needs to make me a believer!

Wanting a fun Single Turbo w a little room to grow but still spools up relatively quickly so it's fun on the street yet still hauls tail at the track.

Wanna stay w the BW line Turbo's

Car is est 3,200lbs

I don't know that I believe that. It would be a torque monster butt will run out of steam by 5500RPM...

I think the S366 and S369sxe are both best used as twins.

If you want a single turbo, I would look for something larger, personally. S480, or something like that.

The S369sxe is awesome as a single unit on smaller engines, they can make 39psi and 850rwhp on 3.0L 2JZ motors... so think about what two of them can do on a 6.0L LS motor.

Right I won't say the company's name but I had the same thoughts.... I've rode in a 88mm Supra before at 650whp in low and it spooled it just fine

That Cartuning GXP is my kit. that power is through a 4T65E auto on a completely stock 5.3 with DOD lifters/cam and all. that would be north of 600 on an manual trans. tiny 2.5" downpipe.

The compressor appears to flow enough to meet those goals. I think with the largest turbine side you could do it depending on the dyno. I think the combo will be more fun if you stay conservative and I suspect a lot of overturboing going on out there. For sure you don't need to wind it to 6800 RPM. I shift at 6200 and feel no need to wind it any higher.

It might make 800whp on a properly setup 4.8.
Depending on camshaft, I think it'll struggle up top on a 6.0 trying to hit 800whp.

I had a hard time with one over 550rwhp on a 5.3. It would not make more then 12psi or so.

Damn, that's rough. I did a 68mm ebay GT45 setup for someone on a small cam 5.3 that made slightly more than that on a Mustang Dyno.

The BW has to have a much more efficient compressor/turbine than the 7665 units that everyone uses. I would have thought it would make more.
