Just wanted to give rotella users a heads up that the T6 formula changed. Looks like less zinc, boron, and moly from the reports I found. I'm no oil expert at all. Anyone see this? With the new formula should I be running it still ?
You have to watch out for new diesel oil. There is a new spec out for these stupid emissions diesels (thanks government), that is re-formulated and I'm not surprised if they took stuff out. They had to meet new emissions requirements. Ford actually voids your warranty if you use it, they came out with their own formulation.
